Letus is a SaaS platform that helps tenants and landlords manage rent, payments, and communication. I led UX research and product design, creating flexible solutions like Smartpay and Text2Pay to ease financial strain for tenants and ensure on-time payments for landlords.

How Might We?

How might we enable tenants to manage rent payments flexibly while guaranteeing landlords receive on-time payments?

Goal

Design a platform that offers tenants flexible payment options like BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) while ensuring landlords and service providers receive timely, secure payments.
