Project Overview

As the lead designer for Letus Exchange, my challenge was to create a visually compelling platform that effectively conveyed its primary purpose: enabling tenants to pay for home and personal services quickly and conveniently. To achieve this goal, I made a strategic decision to emphasize a variety of payment methods while maintaining a user-centric focus.

My Design Process

• Conducted interviews with key stakeholders to gather their input and requirements for the Letus Exchange platform.

• Created wireframes and visual designs for the platform using Figma, taking into account the feedback from the stakeholder interviews.

• Targeted a range of user demographics, including working professionals, university students, senior citizens, and non-English speakers.

• Submitted the final design to the engineering team for development and implementation.
